Fue Decana de la Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud y responsable del Área de Biología Molecular y Celular. Desde 2006 formaba parte de la Junta de Gobierno como Vicerrectora de Investigación, y compaginaba su gestión con la investigación e impartiendo docencia en las áreas de neurociencias, biología molecular y microbiología.
The UIC has started its collection in RECERCAT (the Research Repository of Catalonia) with a research project named "Mortality Transition in the 20th Century: the Tarragona Case".
UIC Rector Dr. Josep Argemí presided over the University Council meeting on Friday, 23 July 2010, where some new features for the next academic year were announced. Once again, medals were awarded to all staff members who have been working at the UIC for the past 10 years.
