The Vice Rector?s Office for Academic Organization and Teaching (VOAP) organized a new session for the exchange of knowledge and experiences between professionals on Wednesday, 3 March 2010. The LINK© session included the presentation of 10 specific cases by teaching staff from different degree programmes and was brought to a close by the Rector.
On Tuesday, 2 March 2010, the young entrepreneur Shaherose Charania, the vice president of the company Opino and co-founder of the organization Women 2.0, gave a talk on business opportunities and new technologies to Business Administration students within the framework of the World Economics course.
On Monday, 1 March 2010, Ramon Aymerich, the editor of the Economy section of La Vanguardia newspaper, gave a talk to Journalism and Business Administration students in which he looked at the current recession from three perspectives: the global economic crisis, the recession in Spain and the specific problems of the media.
"Today, more and more companies are looking for professionals with international experience and foreign language skills. Complementing these assets with an MBA from a university that always has its students’ interests in mind is not so easy to find."
