To take charge of enrolment, administration, student support, formalities and safekeeping of records. To manage and process the theses submitted. To manage and process the theses approved for defence. To coordinate the thesis defences. To handle the travel and accommodation arrangements of members of the doctoral thesis boards. All other duties entrusted to it by the School’s Director. To keep an up-to-date register of signed commitment documents. To register the Records of Activities of the doctoral candidates on the programme. To establish the schedule and procedures associated with the submission of the Research Plan and its subsequent assessments.
