Monday 4 April
Maintain an ergonomically correct posture when you're sitting down in your office, in class or when doing sports. It is important for your safety and for your health. On this website belonging to the Escuela de la Espalda we provide guidance on how to look after your back.

How does food help you to increase your activity and memory?
Come along to a talk entitled "Brain food" given by Dr Alex Guerrero Roca from Medycsa at 12 noon in the Aula Jardí room.
Come and do some running with us from 8 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. This training session is open to the whole university community and involves participation from Nike Running and the athlete Nacho Cáceres. Services provided: product testing, a cloakroom and refreshments at the end. Meeting point: Sant Cugat campus
