Postgraduate Course in Accessibility (online)

Presentation

Different accessibility requirements are present in all developed countries. This postgraduate course in Accessibility aims to promote the universal adoption and versatile application of accessibility using technological progress in the field of dependence and the elderly.

This postgraduate course also aims to encourage analysis of what could be achieved through technical international cooperation in terms of accessibility and the application of accessibility in a cost free and unperceivable manner.

It additionally intends to give students the necessary tools to enable them to analyse and understand accessibility criteria in relation to spaces, routes, elements, products and services, allowing them to gain awareness of the regulations in force and acquire the necessary knowledge to conceive, design and execute projects based on standardised criteria for general use by all, including those with reduced mobility and/or communication, whether temporary or permenant.
