This programme lasts for one academic year, during which students will acquire both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. The theoretical part of the course will mainly involve literature reviews and the presentation of clinical cases. The dental industry will play a key role in the course, allowing students to get to know implants from leading commercial suppliers. Perhaps the most important part of this residency is the chance to apply all the theoretical knowledge acquired in the Clínica Universitaria, with students performing comprehensive treatment planning and care in patients.
To introduce students to the basic concepts of implantology surgery and implant-supported prostheses at both the diagnostic and planning stages and during surgical treatment and prosthodontic restoration
