Objectives: To establish all those processes that favor team motivation, improving skills, learning and excellence in the services provided. Implement processes that optimize the different activities of the clinic.

Team Profile: clinical, administrative, auxiliary.

Welcome manual: skills, abilities and attitude.
Accompaniment of the individual and group career plan.

Analysis of the clinical environment and the equipment that establishes the communication.

Clinical tools to make interaction easy.
