Workshop on “The Power of Resilience in Organisations”
Resilience refers to the process of successfully adapting to sources of stress and is something everyone can learn. Following the crisis, organisations have become increasingly interested in resilience, as people are now more overworked and under greater pressure to meet work objectives.
Led by Dr Isabella Meneghel, an expert in Psychology of Work, Organisations and Human Resources, the aim of this programme is to help participants to develop by providing them skills and strategies that help them to cope with stressful situations and come out stronger.
Through individual in-company training, the participants will acquire resources that will help them to recover from difficulties faster and more effectively and perform better in the workplace.
Content and structure
This workshop, based on scientific evidence, uses a face-to-face methodology that combines theory and practice and includes task support and case studies, which will be resolved during the sessions, as well as complementary theoretical material.
Work sessions will take place each week for one month, in small groups of approximately 15 people. To ensure maximum effectiveness, the workshop dynamics will be adapted to suit the needs and characteristics of each organisation. Following the workshop, the participants will have the opportunity to assess the programme’s results and effectiveness.
