After completing the specialty, Llum combined primary care services (ABS Santa Margarida de Montbuí and SAP Anoia for the first two and a half years and, later and until now, at ABS Manresa 3) with hospital emergencies services during the first five years (paediatrics, surgery, traumatology, extra-hospital emergencies by air); and with continuous care guards at ABS Manresa 1 and at the Manresa Hospital Center (which has a Convalescence and long-stay Unit) from 2015 to the present day. In 2001, she began her teaching activity as a tutor for the Family and Community Medicine specialty at SAP Anoia. In 2011 she became part of the teaching team of the course of Family and Community Medicine at the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya, where she continues to develop other teaching activities such as tutoring students in practice, collaborating teacher as a standard patient and in the ACOE. Since 2017, she is a PDI and advises and tutors students in internships of the 6th year of the degree in Medicine of the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya.
