The Universitat Internacional de Catalunya’s library was opened at the end of 1997. There is a library in each campus with a total of 274 reading points, 60 study tables, 2 computer rooms and 15 rooms dedicated to student meetings.
Over the last ten years, it has grown at an impressive rate. It has expanded its collection from an initial base of 10,000 volumes to one which now encompasses over 30,000. In addition, it now subscribes to 600 periodicals and has over 1,000 documentaries.
The UIC library’s has amassed a large number of online resources (25.000), which enable students to connect to vast databases and access almost all areas of academic knowledge.
Both libraries cover all subject areas found at each campus.
