My main field of interest is in quality management, approached from different areas: standardized systems of quality management (ISO 9000), models of quality management (EFQM), quality assessment in services, especially in online services, diffusion analysis of different management standards ... consistently I also analyze the different quality dimensions in different sectors such as health services, online banking, online travel agencies or online supermarkets.
