Introduction

This course provides an in-depth coverage of all topics essential to corporate finance. It focuses on the financial concepts, skills and technological applications that are most critical for students in today's workplace.

Objectives

This course aims to provide students with a focused understanding of corporate finance and financial management in today’s world. It covers a balance of clear concepts, contemporary theory and practical applications in order to help students understand the concepts and reasons behind:

  • corporate budgeting,
  • financing,
  • working capital decision-making,
  • forecasting,
  • valuation,
  • Time Value of Money (TVM).
