Introduction

The emotional factor can provoke a series of feelings to the audience. In the journalism and communication is needed learn to manage emotions, not only for the spectators, but for the media professionals. The communicator uses his mind and body as tools to interfere in the soul and the feelings. It is necessary, in this sense, provide the necessary resources for students who know themselves and interact with their peers learning to optimize social relations, stability and ability to communicate. Therefore has designed the course of emotional marketing, given one week before the first year of a degree of communication. Students who are facing their first experience in college often suffer short periods of crisis and stress. Contract making the change, finding new friends, prejudice, shyness ... at the moment is when the emotional marketing begins to take greater role and relevance as a strategy. Therefore planned very beginning of the academic year.
