1. Any person who may want to take a course on-line will fill in the registration form of the WEB and attach the required documentation along with the registration. This documentation will be sent digitally to the e-mail address of the program or otherwise by ordinary mail.
2. The applicant will receive by e-mail the confirmation of receipt of his/her registration and the relevant specifications to complete the registration process and all information on any necessary economic details to make the payment of the registration fees.
3. If the student does not make the relevant payment within the term provided, he/she will be deemed to have waived his/her place so that the UIC will cancel the petition of place submitted.
4. Once the registration has been duly completed as stated above, if the course is not finally given for the minimum number of registrations required not being reached, the UIC will fully reimburse the applicant with the amount of the fees already paid.
5. If after having paid the registration fees in full, the student may waive his/her place before the course starts, the UIC, upon a written and reasoned request of the applicant addressed to the General Secretariat of the University and provided that such place could be filled by another student, will reimburse the registration fees less 20% as compensation for the damages caused.
6. Under no circumstances will the registration fees be reimbursed if the student notifies his/her intention to leave the place once the course has already started.
7. The student gives his/her full consent of the previous clauses to carry out the registration process and reserve a place in the program.

The data subject also authorises their name, surnames and e-mail address to be disclosed to the companies that sponsor the programmes, for the purpose of sending regular communications and/or advertising during and following their participation in the programme, as well as to any public entity at state, regional or local level for the purpose of compiling and analysing statistics.
