Catalan Unit
The Catalan Unit serves to promote knowledge and usage
of the Catalan language and to enhance the overall linguistic richness and
quality of the UIC. It holds events and activities designed to enhance the
language skills of the entire University community.
The Catalan Unit offers a range of services available
to the entire UIC community:

Catalan language exams with standardized certificates recognized by the Generalitat de Catalunya.

Basic Catalan for beginners and advanced level Catalan.

Language tandems bikes, linguistic exchange forum, cultural and enjoyable activities.

A study room open to students interested in independent learning.

Abreviaciones frecuentes en catalán y cómo son los tratamientos protocolarios.

Access to electronic dictionaries, vocabulary and grammar materials and other linguistic resources for learning Catalan online.
