Participants must have read the terms & conditions and have marked the corresponding box, which means these have been fully accepted.
Applications will be accepted between 20 February at 9 a.m. and September 23, 2017 at 3p.m.
The Alumni Award decision will be made announced at the Annual Alumni Get-Together, on 23 November 2017.
Special recognition will be made public on the same day, once the prize-winners have been notified
The proposals presented will be evaluated by a multidisciplinary jury chosen by the university. The final result will be obtained by scoring based on the assessment criteria that are provided in the terms & conditions for categories 1 to 5.
The jury will declare the awards null and void if they consider this necessary due to a lack of quality in the presented projects or because these do not comply with the terms & conditions.
If there is a draw, the vote given by the president of the jury will be the one taken into consideration.
