Gastronomy is an integral part of people’s identity and a means to learn more about their history and understand why they are the way they are. Knowledge of cuisine and good culinary practices helps increase quality of life. UIC Barcelona sits on the shores of the Mediterranean, home to a rich culinary tradition, and through our gastronomic activities we promote cultural knowledge and integration, as well as the learning of good culinary practices.
The Gastronomy Group is a meeting point for all lovers of good food and wine and organises sessions in which participants further their knowledge of culinary techniques and have a chance to put them into practice.
It is a place where participants can share knowledge and experience and have fun around the table.
Intended for university staff members and friends and family.
