Curs Teòric Pràctic de Protesi Fixa Totalment Ceràmica. Nivell Bàsic- Intermig
Due to the huge boom in aesthetics across all fields including dentistry, healthcare professionals in this area need to know how introduce this aspect into their everyday clinical practice.
This course is aimed at graduate dentists interested in knowing about how to undertake fully ceramic prosthesis in a practical way, as well as their indications and limitations.
Dentists who wish to optimise their time and methods to create a fixed prosthesis in a correct, fast and cost-effective manner and incorporate metal-free aesthetic prostheses into their daily work in the clinic.
The intention of this theoretical and practical course is that students can put into practice what they learn during the course, combining both the theoretical and practical aspects.
Course objectives
To train qualified dentistry graduates to deal with all-ceramic fixed prostheses, updating their knowledge of the subject and explaining the steps required to achieve a good result.
Prospective students
Dentists and stomatologists and undergraduates in the 5th academic year of dentistry, who wish to expand or update their knowledge of metal-free prostheses.
Competences to be acquired by students
- Students will be able to recognise the various different materials needed to make a fixed metal-free prosthesis: ceramic, resin.
- Students will be capable of performing the different steps for carrying out treatment on patients who require aesthetic restorations.
