The Council of Schools of Architecture of Catalonia (CEARQCAT) was created on Friday, 4 July 2014, at the Escola Tècnica Superior d’Arquitectura de Barcelona (ETSAB), which forms part of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya - BarcelonaTech (UPC). It will also promote exchanges and agreements between educational, research and professional institutions and associations.
