On 24 October Gaston Gilabert, Professor of the Research, Documentation and ICT subject for the Bachelor’s degree in Humanities at UIC Barcelona, planned an excursion with students to the Historical Protocols Archive.

“I asked the Director of the Archive, Laureà Pagarolas, if I could introduce students to the world of research”, said Gilabert “since the Historical Protocols Archive is one of the places of reference for Humanities research worldwide”.

The students were able to view plans by Gaudí, Jacint Verdaguer’s last will and testament, the last will and testament of the anarchist accused of planting two bombs in the Liceu in 1893, and the last will and testament of Ferrer i Guàrdia,  etc.
