Body Control is a low-intensity but effective exercise programme that combines yoga, stretching, Pilates and Tai-Chi to relax and balance the body and mind. The classes combine intense exercises with low-intensity transitions, interspersed with moments of calm. It works the entire body, from your head to your feet.
This activity will help you burn calories, reduce stress and improve your cardiovascular fitness, balance, flexibility, strength, posture and attention span.
Days and times: 50-min classes on Wednesday at 2 p.m. in Gym 4 on the Sant Cugat Campus
