Introduction
El objetivo del curso es introducir a los estudiantes a la cultura jurídica angloamericana (common law) mediante la comparación con la cultura jurídica de Europa continental (derecho civil). El contraste se centra en los orígenes históricos, las fuentes del derecho y la cultura constitucional .

Evaluation systems and criteria
In person
The student's final grade will be obtained following the following parameters:
1. If the evaluation is 7 or more, release the subject
2. With less than 7 you can take a rescue test at the end of the semester, of written type and general questions.
3. In case it is not released during the semester, the final exam will have a structure similar to that of the rescue test.
*The second call will only count the make-up exam.
