Observatory

The Observatory on Family Policies forms part of the Childcare and Family Policies Chair, in turn part of the Institute of Advanced Family Studies at UIC Barcelona, and is backed by the Joaquim Molins Figueras Foundation.

This platform aims to review, improve and assess family policies by organising symposiums, events, online lectures, seminars and conferences where different social stakeholders can meet and get involved in family policies.

The Observatory on Family Policies is directed by Dr Consuelo León, who also coordinates the Postgraduate Degree in Family Policies and the journal Quaderns de Polítiques Familiars.
