Professional experience
With more than 20 years of professional experience, both in the area of Talent and in Sales and Business Development. She is an expert in attracting and managing Talent, (Talent Acquisition & Talent Management) at a national and international level. For the last 9 years and in parallel with her profession, she has collaborated as an Associate Professor, Lecturer and Trainer.
-Ella During her first 14 years she worked as a Project Manager, Sales Consultant in multinational companies in the HR service sector, through which she was able to work for large companies and learn about different business models and corporate strategies.
-In 2014 she created her own brand and at the same time, she began to develop her passion for teaching.
-She worked as Associate Professor in a "Master in Management" for the University of La Salle, Faculty of Engineering (2014-2018).
-In 2018 to date, she collaborates as an Associate Professor at the UIC, Faculty of Business Administration in the subject "HR Management".
-Her purpose and the one she develops through her profession (headhunter, teacher, lecturer) is "to do her bit to make a better world."
