Interviews are a very important point on the road to landing a job.
In this last workshop in the series of job market tools, we will learn the different tools needed to successfully complete a selection process.
We will discuss how to deal with the different various phases of the process and learn about the different types of interviews in the selection processes.
We will identify what recruiters expect from the question and learn how to respond in an assertive, effective and impactful way.
The session will be led by Valeria Colombo, expert in HR and Marketing applied to the candidate recruitment. With fifteen years of experience in the recruitment sector, she is a Talent Attraction and Recruiting consultant. She specialises in Inbound Recruiting and has recruited candidates with tech (technological) and digital profiles for six years.
Valeria will help us understand what happens during interviews and how to show our skills, knowledge and abilities.
