Introduction

The importance and relevance of the subject is essential that students know the reality FCES individual and collective labor, particularly the last labor reform.

Pre-course requirements

There are no prerequisites required to take the subject.

Objectives

1. Awareness of legal employment reality from a theoretical and practical.

2. Started in terminology and labor law.

3. Know the rights and duties of both parties to the contractual relationship.

4. Knowing the vicissitudes and conditions of the employment contract.

5. Obtain basic operational requirements for Social Security.
