It is an extraordinary opportunity to complete formation of a lawyer to contact the forensic's reality world. It is involved , directly, from the hand of a Magistrate or a Judicial Secretary in the daily activity of the courts . To attend views and see first hand the functioning of the judicial office allows students to apply the knowledge acquired during the degreee, in the scenario in which possibly move in their future professional performance.
Not required , without prejudice to the acquired knowledge mainly in the subjects in the area of Procedural Law students will become very useful.
(i) To know the functioning of the courts, both in its internal activity (mainly regarding the operation of the judicial office) and in its external activity (with respect to the activity of prosecution).
(ii) Understand how acting and forensic operators who collaborate with the Administration of Justice , referring to the work of solicitors and barristers operate.
(iii) To acquire certain skills, manners and behavior patterns that specify in their future professional performance.
1. There will be acquired skills for teamwork.
2. Be able to find information, interpret and use it for solving practical cases or conducting work on this subject.
3. Be able to accurately identify the regulatory, doctrinal and jurisprudential status of a legal problem concerning the scope of this matter.
4. There will be developed skills to detect the legal problems that underlie a particular case.
5. There will be developed skills in resolving legal disputes related to the contents of the module.
6. There will be acquired skills to cope with the common elements of procedural actions concerning this matter.
7. There will be developed the ability to compose written using legal language.
8. There will be acquired and developed professionalizing skills necessary for procedural drive.
9. Know and apply different methodologies to analyze and solve complex legal problems interdisciplinary aspect.
10. Develop and apply the theoretical knowledge and skills and competences acquired during external practices.

The assessment will be based on the report of the tutor of practices with 80 % of the note. The student will report the remaining 20 %.
A number of introductive and formative sessions are scheduled during the academic year. Attendance is mandatory for the correct performance of the student.

No literature is proposed. As for resources, when necessary, will be provided by the placement tutor students assigned to the them.
