The purpose of this course is to introduce you to the many facets of leadership in the broader sense. The goal is to support you in becoming a leader in any sector in your present and future careers. In many ways, the concept of leadership is like the idea of love in that it is a difficult thing to define and to determine a universal truth for. With this in mind, in this course, we will go on a journey of exploring the various debates on leadership around the world in order to facilitate an internal journey of discovering our own unique leadership strengths and styles.
