Teacher at masters and postgraduates modules of R&D, Innovation and Technology Transfer Management in public and private universities: UPC, FPC, UB, Ramon Llull, ESADE, EOI, EADA. Training courses "in company" for different public and private organizations

This course presents the most effective methodologies for managing innovation and development of new products and services, from an idea to its invention and commercial exploitation in the shortest Time to Market.

In addition, its application in the business field will be presented through the study of real cases of companies that stand out for their innovation

Objectives

To master and be able to put into practice the most effective current methodologies to manage innovation and the development of new products and services, moving from an idea to its invention and commercial exploitation in the shortest Time to Market.

This requires understanding that innovation is the result of business strategy, recognizing the value of talent in the key individuals of the process and creating an optimal organization for the development of new products in innovation projects that achieve the objectives of quality, costs and deadlines.
