Introduction

Oral Implantology requires solid training to get to diagnósticoy the most appropriate treatment plan. The training involves mastering a variety of techniques such as dental photography, management of planning software for cone beam computed tomography, etc.. All these concepts are integrated into the different theoretical and practical seminars that take place throughout the course.

Pre-course requirements

Previous attendance to the theoretical introduction to perform the practice.

Objectives

The aim of these theoretical and practical seminars is to learn more on different techniques and implant systems to treat our patients in a predictable way, and prepare the student to meet with different clinical situations from a prosthetic and surgical standpoint.

Competences / Learning outcomes of the degree programme

The students will be able to perform different techniques in patients after they have been performed in a preclinical setting.
