Introduction

This subject emphasizes the development of the professional career, as well as the necessary orientation carried out by the psychopedagogue in the context of the different organizations. The design, implementation and evaluation of training programs is a fundamental aspect in Organizational Psychopedagogy. The Case Method allows to exemplify the different concrete situations in which the psychopedagogue must make decisions taking into account the organization's environment. It consists of 7 ECTS

Objectives


- Know the orientation carried out by the psychopedagogue in the context of the different organizations. - Developing designs, implementations and evaluations of training programs is a fundamental aspect in Organizational Psychopedagogy

Competences / Learning outcomes of the degree programme

basic skills:

CB7 Know how to apply the knowledge acquired and know how to solve problems in new or little-known environments within broader (or multidisciplinary) contexts related to your area of study. 

CB9 Know how to communicate conclusions, knowledge and reasons to specialized and non-specialized audiences in a clear and unambiguous way. CG1 Being able to make reflexive and critical judgments in educational contexts, considering the social and ethical responsibility of the psychopedagogue. 

CG2 Acquire skills of analysis and synthesis of the information obtained in formal and non-formal educational environments in order to raise new questions to the psycho-pedagogical practice.

 CG4 Know how to apply the knowledge acquired and be able to solve problems in complex environments in which the psychopedagogue acts CG5 Being able to communicate decision making in the psychopedagogical field in an argumentative manner.

CT3 Critically analyze personal work and use the appropriate resources and strategies for professional improvement. CT4 Being able to present the ideas developed orally and in writing, adapting to the style and models of the professional or research activity.

CE7 Organize psycho-pedagogical services that facilitate collaboration between educational centers and different organizations, and design training programs. 

CE13 Evaluate processes, programs, services and methodologies designed and / or developed by psychopedagogues.

Learning outcomes of the subject

1. Plan projects and programs for training, orientation, independent living and social and labor insertion of adults with disabilities. 

2. Apply the resources and psycho-pedagogical strategies for intervention in the field of the Third Age.

3. Know the main programs of psychopedagogical intervention in gender equality. 

4. Design and plan the implementation of psychopedagogical programs of socio-community intervention.
