This subject defines the field of socio-educational psychopedagogical intervention. It is about addressing the problem of different groups at risk of social exclusion or in special situations of precariousness (battered women, people with functional diversity, senior citizens) from a community approach, which includes part of the resources available in the territory and in the community. The Case Method allows to exemplify the different concrete situations in which the psycho-pedagogue must make decisions taking into account the socio-community environment.
It consists of 7 ECTS

CB7 Know how to apply the knowledge acquired and know how to solve problems in new or little-known environments within broader (or multidisciplinary) contexts related to your area of study.

CE4 Determine the psychopedagogical needs of students, groups and organizations based on the application of different evaluation systems.
CE6 Analyze the data obtained in the psychopedagogical evaluation and prepare the relevant reports.
CE8 Advise and guide education professionals, considering the relevance of diversity attention measures.
1. Understand the nature, characteristics of adult learning processes in the context of organizations and the factors involved in them.
2. Analyze the policies, systems of planning and program management, the fields of training and the actions of lifelong learning and training quality control in Organizational Psychopedagogy.
3. Diagnose the training needs of adults according to institutional contexts and their strategic plan.
4. Understand the evolution, conceptual and methodological approaches of career guidance in career development.
5. Analyze comparatively the various policies and / or systems of guidance throughout life.
6. Define the general characteristics of the process of transition to working life in groups at risk of social exclusion.
