Introduction

Digital Business wil introduce the information systems that current organizations are using in order to be more competitive in a global and competitive market, as well as classify the target roles and usage of that systems. All departments in an organization could be improved by the enabling digital support, we will see how logistics or finance can be simplified, even strategic management decisions based on collected data retrieved and advanced forecasting systems. Additionally, the digital environment has made easier the relation with customers, new channels like social media, e-marketplaces and mobile apps makes that new digital era managers should be able to understand the key indicators of the collected data to improve short, mid and long terms strategies faster than ever.


The course has a some practical sessions where we will introduce you how to control your storage stock or collect some data from your mobile users in order to see when your promotion are more effective.

40% Practical case

50% Final test (Minimum grade >= 4)
