In this course, we will study the concepts and methods applied to decision-making and problem-solving in the different departments of a company. We will approach the decision-making process within the different areas of the company and study the financial consequences for the company, especially those concerning economic equilibrium.
Microeconomics.
The objective of this course is to transfer technical knowledge, while at the same time providing a strong practical foundation that can be used by students in their future careers. The objective is to develop students’ ability to interpret and resolve the problems and issues that may be encountered within companies, tackling such problems with care and improving the decision-making process. This is achieved by becoming familiar with the use of the appropriate tools to analyse and find solutions to these problems. This will be done mainly through the use of appropriate case studies.
