The subject of new roles in nursing, it is a new subject for students from 4th grade. With a new content, will the student in contact with an emerging perspective on the work of nursing professionals in the various fields in which this is placing himself as leader of the care of the people. The leadership of the nurses in emerging roles, opens up new possibilities for professional development and work visualización nurse, at the same time opens up new fields in employment.

Objectives

  1. To acquaint the students of degree of the emerging roles of nursing
  2. Delve into the importance of nursing leadership in the management of health care in the population
  3. Familiarize students with new areas of professional development

  • 5. G - Design systems of care programed for people or groups, assessing their impact and making necessary modifications.
  • 6. E - Base nursing care on scientific evidence and available resources.
  • 7. B - Understand people without prejudice, considering their physical, psychological and social aspects, as autonomous and independent individuals, ensuring respect for their opinions, beliefs and values, ensuring their right to privacy through confidentiality and professional secrecy.

  • Identify the specific Pharmacology
  • Designing the process of monitoring a patient from his hospitalisation until he returned to the home

  • Examination of multiple response (100%) The speakers of each of the topics will be a shared examination to assess the knowledge of students about the content exposed. 
  • Not be awarded distinctions in 2nd call.
  • Class attendance and compulsory (80%). Attendance will be passed
