Pre-course requirements

It requereix the domini of the Proces realització d'Atenció d'Infermeria (PAI)

Objectives

Teaching and learning activities

The evaluation will be ongoing and a final exam.


The resolution of cases in the classroom and monitoring and evaluation of different assignments, quizzes and Moodle platform for critical readings, belong to the continuous assessment.

Evaluation systems and criteria

 Each part of the course may have different assessment processes drive but all that will be the total assessment for the course.

Each of these parts (or issues) using different methodologies for concluding note.

That is, each subject (adult, emergency management, pediatrics and obstetrics) may or may not have both parts of the assessment: Continuous assessment and / or knowledge examination

Therefore, each result comprises continuous assessment of the course (can include partial knowledge examination and continuous assessment methodology), and the knowledge examination will be the total assessment for the course.

The ratio will be approximately:

Continuous Assessment: 55%
Final exam skills: 45% 

Continuous assessment will consist of:

  • Questionnaires in La Linea 
  • Jobs 
  • Attendance in class and solve the case 
  • Critical reading
  • Midterms review
  • Class presentations 
  1. To make half the knowledge exam, continuous assessment must be passed with a minimum of 5. 
  2. Those materials that no final knowledge exam, so there will only be this continuous assessment must be provided with an approved 5. 
  3. Must be all the parts of the course (syllabus: adult, pediatrics, Obstetrics and Emergency Management) approved for 5 and a half to pass the course. 
  4.   If one party is not approved for continuous assessment as to the knowledge examination, establish a way to be recovered in the second call, keeping note of the parties approved 
  5. The 2nd Announcement notes will remain in other parts of the First Convocation approved and will not have recovered 
  6. Recovery of Continuous Assessment in Second Announcement will be an exam or job knowledge. Recovered will note the maximum 5 end 
  7. Recovery 2nd Call for examining knowledge is always also a consideration. 
  8. By the 3rd and 4th Convocation will remain the same type of assessment that in the 1st and 2nd period respectively in any case be kept notes on partial evaluation of any previous year
