Introduction

The emotional factor can be profiled or designed to arouse a series of feelings in the audience. In communication, it is necessary to learn to manage the emotions, not only of viewers, but also of future media professionals. Good communicators use their body and mind as working tools in which moods and feelings interfere. It is necessary, in this sense, to provide students with the necessary resources to get to know themselves and interact with their peers by learning to optimise social relations, their stability and their communicative capacity. Students facing their first experience at university often experience short periods of crisis and stress. Contracting, change, the search for new friends, prejudices, shyness... it is at these times that oral expression begins to take on greater importance and relevance as a strategy. For this reason it is planned as soon as the academic year begins. The aim is, in short, to provide students with communicative tools that improve their interaction with others from a professional approach.
