Introduction
The Bachelor's Final Project (BFP) will be carried out under the supervision of a tutor specialising in the project's subject area, who will act as a mentor and facilitator throughout the learning process.
There are two BFP modalities: academic and professional:
- Academic modality: the project will be completed individually, following the guidelines set out in the Guide for the Preparation of an Academic Bachelor's Final Project.
- Professional modality: the project will be carried out in groups of six to eight students, following the guidelines set out in the Guide for the Preparation of a Professional Bachelor's Final Project (Moodle). Group work is mandatory in this modality. Students who, for justified reasons, wish to complete the project individually must submit a formal request. The Faculty Board will review each application and decide whether to grant approval.
The Bachelor's Final Project must be an original piece of work that has not previously been submitted by the student for assessment in any other course or degree programme at any university. Furthermore, its scope and content must be consistent with the ECTS workload established in the degree curriculum.

Objectives
- To integrate and to apply independently the knowledge, skills, and competences acquired throughout the Bachelor's Degree in Audiovisual Communication.
- To develop an original research project or professional project that meets the academic and professional standards of the discipline.
- To apply appropriate research methodologies, planning strategies, and project development processes according to the nature of the Bachelor's Final Project.
- To develop the ability to search for, select, manage, analyse, and interpret relevant information and data from academic, professional, and documentary sources.
- To formulate critical and well-founded judgements, supported by evidence, on audiovisual, scientific, technological, social, and ethical issues.
- To communicate the objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions of the project rigorously, both in written and oral form.
- To develop critical, analytical, and creative thinking in problem-solving and decision-making within the field of audiovisual communication.
- To demonstrate autonomy, responsibility, and organisational skills in the development of a comprehensive academic or professional project.
