On 1, 2 and 3 September, the University organises Welcome Week aimed at international mobility students who come to the UIC Barcelona for one semester or the full academic year. Welcome Week has a duration of three days:

●    01 Sep, Welcome Session: 

- Welcome Session at the Barcelona Campus: 09.40 a.m. Aula Jardí (for those mobility students who come to study in Barcelona)
- Welcome Session at the Sant Cugat Campus 09.40 a.m., in classrooms Aula P0A01 and Aula P0A02 (for those students for those mobility students who come to study in Sant Cugat)

• 10.00 - 10.45 h Presentation RR.II
• 10.44 - 12.00 h Catalan for Dummies
• 12.00 - 12.30 h Break
• 12.30 - 13.15 h Cultural workshop
• 13.15 - 13.30 h Meet your buddy
• 13.30 - 14.00 h Campus tour with Buddies
   

●    02 Sep City Tour: 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. Guided tour of Barcelona by coach and official guide.
