Introduction

After years of exercising, many tax law professionals find a need for specialised training in the areas of corporate, international and contentious-criminal taxation, of great practical use and usually absent in their initial basic training. This specialisation course seeks to fill this gap, seeking to provide cutting-edge training in corporate taxation, focusing on corporate restructuring and fiscal consolidation; international taxation, international planning and transfer pricing; and on tax litigation, specifically tax procedures and tax crime.

This highly specialised content makes the target recipients of this specialisation course professionals working in tax management or tax advice and, generally, graduates or degree holders with previous knowledge or experience in this sector.

Organised in conjunction with Cuatrecasas, the UIC Barcelona tax Specialisation Course has been set up to promote a qualitative jump in your professional career. Since it is a part-time course, it is specifically designed so that people can combine their education with their working lives.
