Work-study placements (subsidised)

Participatory observation and assisted intervention mode

The purpose of these placements if to undertake participatory observation and assisted interventions in the classroom with support and supervision provided by your school tutor.  Participants will also receive guidance and advice from their university tutor. Work-study placements have a duration of six weeks, and combine an observation of specific teaching practices in the school with analysis and a connection to theory.  

In third year the following number of credits are taken: 15 ECTS

Intensive School work placements

Participatory observation and assisted intervention mode for the Double Degree in Pre-Primary and Primary Education

Aimed at students taking our Double Degree in Pre-Primary and Primary Education who are taking the School Work Placements II subject, which corresponds to the second degree for which they are enrolled. They have a duration of six weeks and are intensive.
