Teaching experience: 5 years teaching experience to University students (Histology, DIgestive, Neuroanatomy) and to Bachelor and Master students. Cellular Biology Cell culture (HeLa, HeK, PC12, trypanosoma brucei, primary neuronal culture(siRNA knock-down, transfection, transduction) ; histology, histochemistry and immunohistochemistry. Microbiology. Liquid and solid culture of bacteria, isolation and transformation. Protein biochemistry for analysis of protein (e.g. Western Blot, ELISA, sucrose gradients, Optiprep gradients, BioID), and protein purification for the investigation of protein- Protein interactions (Co-IP) and protein-mRNA interactions (miTRAP)
