Student Services

As a UIC Barcelona student, in addition to going to class, you will have a wide range of activities at your disposal that will allow you to enrich your human and professional development.

We help you participate in university life and resolve any questions you may have about accommodation, student grants, workshops and extra-curricular activities.

Non-academic procedures

Additionally, you can consult us about non-academic procedures or procedures such as the following:

  • Request for lockers for students of the Sant Cugat Campus
  • Application for a digital student card
  • Elevator access in case of injury or physical disability
  • Lost and found: If you find a lost item on campus, you can hand it in to reception or security for safekeeping until its owner recovers it. If you have lost an item, go to the campus reception.

You can also see information about the application procedure on your Intranet, in the “Institutional documents” section.
