Universitat Internacional de Catalunya

eduroam (a contraction of education + roaming) is a worldwide secure mobility service developed for the academic and research community. The service provides the students, researchers and staff of participating institutions with access to wireless Internet connectivity on their own campus and when visiting other institutions participating in the eduroam initiative.

UIC Barcelona collaborates in the eduroam project, offering access to users both from the university and from other participating eduroam institutions, with the coordination and supervision of CESCA (Supercomputing Centre of Catalonia), which serves as the technical and administrative liaison among participating institutions.

The links below offer more information on the project and the institutions which participate in eduroam:

The e-mail address to which people affiliated with UIC Barcelona can send questions regarding eduroam connections and services is eduroam@uic.es
