The first session of the Transfer Conference will take place on 15 April. The series will run every Wednesday from 13.00 to 14.30 at the Sant Cugat Campus until 6 May.

In this opening session, Luis Ruiz – CEO of Leukos Biotech, business angel for spin-off companies, and director of the Master’s Degree in Biomedical Business Management at UIC Barcelona – will explain what “transfer” really means.  As an initial point of contact, the session will explore how knowledge can move beyond the university and reach society.  This panoramic overview will help participants learn how to identify opportunities within their projects and understand the first steps towards giving them new life.
