International Staff Training Week

International Staff Training Week is a forum where we share our experience, methodologies and projects with professionals from institutions around the world. Throughout the week, we combine training sessions, practical workshops and networking activities in a welcoming and dynamic setting, designed to foster genuine knowledge exchange and the creation of international partnerships. We also organise cultural activities that complement the experience and allow participants to discover Barcelona’s unique surroundings.

The next edition, entitled “Beyond Mobility: Rethinking International Experiences”, will take place from 26 to 30 October 2026 and will focus on exploring new ways of understanding and enriching international experiences beyond traditional mobility.
