Last UIC Barcelona Knowledge Transfer Session: The Industrial Doctorate Model: University-Industry Collaboration

VRIT

The fourth and final Knowledge Transfer Session will take place on 6 May. These sessions have been held every Wednesday from 13.00 to 14.30 on the Sant Cugat Campus since April.

In this last session, Jordi Alba, technical director of the Government of Catalonia’s Industrial Doctorate Plan, will present the Industrial Doctorate model as a practical tool for collaboration between academia and the business sector. We will learn how this model enables research to be applied to real-world challenges, facilitates access to funding and opens up new professional avenues for researchers.

At the end of each session, catering will be provided for all attendees, offering an opportunity to share ideas.
