Talent with Purpose: Leadership that Transforms People and Organisations | Alumni Breakfast Club

Aula Jardí, Barcelona Campus

On 25 March at 09.00, the 10th edition of the Alumni Breakfast Club will take place under the title “Talent with Purpose: Leadership that Transforms People and Organisations”.

Talent management is at a critical juncture. In a landscape shaped by increased professional mobility, evolving generational expectations and the rapid integration of artificial intelligence into the workplace, leading teams has become more complex – and more strategic – than ever before.

Today’s leaders must not only attract and retain talent but foster cultures in which both junior and senior professionals can find purpose, growth and a sense of belonging within increasingly automated and fast-evolving environments.

This edition of the Alumni Breakfast Club will feature two distinguished talent experts:

  • Alum Roser Segarra (Economics, 97), Human Resources director at ALDI Spain and current president of Aedipe Catalunya (Catalan Association of Human Resources Management)
  • David Reyero, head of Talent at Sanofi Iberia and author of book The Equation of Professional Success

They will be joined by Isabella Meneghel, lecturer at UIC Barcelona and expert in organisational psychology and workplace wellbeing. The discussion will address:

  • Effective strategies for retaining talent in times of transformation
  • The role of culture, leadership and purpose in long-term engagement
  • The impact of AI on people management and the employee experience
  • What junior and senior professionals expect from their leaders today
  • Best practices implemented in leading multinational organisations

Breakfast will be served to all attendees, followed by a networking session at the beginning of the event.

Seating is limited. As an alum, you are welcome to attend with a guest. Please indicate this on the registration form, and confirm attendance by Friday 20 March.
