When I began working at UIC Barcelona, I started studying cell-cycle regulation by nutrients and I gradually  began to get into the fascinating world of systems biology and then some other projects began to emerge. I am currently studying cell-cycle regulation by external factors from a systems biology standpoint and the mechanisms related to cancer and senescence.

When I am not in the lab, you will probably find me diving in the sea around the Costa Brava.
