Reyes Carballar

A biochemistry graduate from the University of Seville, I moved to Barcelona to pursue a master’s degree in biomedicine at the University of Barcelona. 

I joined the group in October 2016 and I’m currently doing my PhD in molecular biology which aims to characterise new regulatory mechanisms of CDK Pho85 in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. 

In my spare time, you will find me exercising or going for a stroll. I’m an outdoor person who enjoys every bit of sunshine.
